Hai gais, pada artikel kali ini gw bakal ngeshare contoh percakapan tentang pemesanan kamar hotel oleh tamu yang ditangani seorang Reservationist. Oke langsung saja ke percakapannya.

Percakapan Pemesanan Kamar Melalui Telepon

Reservation : "Good evening, Rebahan Hotel, Aditya Speaking how may i assist you?"
Guest : "Good morning, i would like to make a room reservation please."
Reservation : "Sure, may i know who am i speaking with?"
Guest : "I am Mr. John."
Reservation : "Certainly Mr. John, may i know the period of stay and how many people stay?"
Guest : "I'll stay start from 21st until 25th of July and its 2 person will be stay. Me and my wife."
Reservation : "Certainly Mr. John, please wait a moment while i check the room availability first."
Guest : "Sure."
Reservation : "Thank you for waiting Mr. John, for that period of date we have several type of room available for you, there are : Standart Room and Deluxe Room. Would you like me to explain little bit about each room facilities sir?"
Guest : "Sure, that wil be great"
Reservation : "For the standart room, the price is $150 NETT/Room/Night including daily breakfast for 2 person. Our standart room size is 48m2 with 1 king size bed, 43 inch LED TV with 40 channel including national and international channels. Also we provide safe deposit box and the balcony view is garden view.
And for the deluxe room price is $250 NETT/Room/Night including daily breakfast for 2 person, the size of deluxe room is 56m2 with 1 king size bed, 43 inch LED TV with 40 channel also and the balcony view is ocean view. And on deluxe room you will get bath tub on the bathroom.
So on the deluxe room you will get more space, ocean view and bathroom with bath tub. Which one do you like sir?"
Guest : "I think deluxe one is great."
Reservation : "Great, may i know the guest name for the reservation?"
Guest : "James John"
Reservation : "Could you spell it for me sir?"
Guest : " Juliet, alpha, mama, echo, sierra, other words Juliet, oscar, hotel, november"
Reservation : "Thank you mr John, do you have any special request for room booking sir?"
Guest : "Just make my room to higher floor, thanks"
Reservation : "May i know your flight details sir? And do you need airport transport sir?"
Guest : "My flight is GA 669. Sounds great, what type of car do you have and how much it cost?"
Reservation : "We have 2 kind of car, there are Standart car and Limousine.
For the price of standart car is $20/way/car, and for the limousine is $40/way/car. Which one you prefer sir?"
Guest : "I think the standart one is perfect."
Reservation : "Certainly, let me repeat your reservation Mr. John
You would like to stay with us for 4 days start from 21st until 25th of July. There will be 2 person, the room type that you choose is Deluxe room $250 NETT/Room/Night including breakfast and you request to get high floor. You request airpot pickup with standart car, and your flight is GA 669. Its correct sir?"
Guest : "Yes, that right"
Reservation : "May i have your email address for send the confirmation letter for you sir?"
Guest : "[email protected]"
Reservation : "Thank you sir, for the guarantee the reservation, may i have your credit card number and expire date sir?"
Guest : "It's Visa, the number is 4464 8756 5469 1235 and the expire date is 12/21"
Reservation : "Thank you sir, so do you have any request for your reservation sir?"
Guest : "I think thats all"
Reservation : "Certainly sir, kindly to inform you that the cancelation policy is 72 hour before the arrival date. So if you make cancelation after 72 hour you will get charge 1 night as a cancelation fee."
Guest : "I'll note that."
Reservation : "Great, we will send your confirmation letter to your email. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance or revision. Thank you for choosing us for your stay, and we're looking to welcoming you to Rebahan Hotel. Thank you and have a nice day Mr. John."
Guest : "Thank you, you too"
