Hai teman-teman, pada artikel kali ini saya akan memberikan kalian contoh percakapan atau dialog receptionis atau front desk agent dalam menangani tamu Check In di hotel dalam bahasa Inggris. Oke langsung aja ke dialognya.

Check In Dialog

Front Desk : "Good Morning, welcome to Rebahan Hotel, my name is Aditya, how may I assist you?"
Guest : "Hai good morning, I want to check in please"
Front Desk : "Certainly Sir, do you have any reservation before?"
Guest : "Yap I have"
Front Desk : "May I have your confirmation letter and your passport Sir?"
Guest : "Sure"
Front Desk : "Let me check the reservation first sir,
So you would like to stay with us for 3 days, start from today until 7 of August 2020. Your reservation is under yourname, Mr. Michael Smith. and your room is Premium room with king bed, and include breakfast. Is that right Mr. Smith?"
Guest : "Yes that's right"
Front Desk : "Certainly Mr. Smith, please fill this registration card. And I need your signature here. I'll make a copy of your passport while you filling the registration card."

Guest filling registration card.....

Guest : "I'm done."
Front Desk : "Thank you Mr. Smith, about the payment, how would you like to settle your bill sir?"
Guest : "I'll use credit card"
Front Desk : "Certainly Mr. Smith. I need your permission to do a card verify as much as price 1 night.
Would you like to keep the receipt or just keep in the registration card sir?"
Guest : "Just keep it on the registration card thanks."
Front Desk : "Sure Mr. Smith. The check in process is finish, and this is your passport and credit card. Let me prepare the room key for you sir. How many pieces of room key do you need sir?"
Guest : "2 is enough for me."
Front Desk : "Certainly Mr. Smith, this is your room key and your room number is 1212.
For your breakfast tomorrow, start on 6.30 until 11.00 in the morning on the Rebahan restaurant, dont forget to bring this breakfast coupon.
Also we have a special promotion for you sir, that you'll get 20% discount on our SPA by showing this coupon. Our SPA is a Balinesse spa and open from 9 in the morning until 10 in the evening. If you want to use the SPA, please book first so we can prepare the room."
Front Desk : "I think thats all, do you have any question or is there anything else that may i assist you Mr. Smith?"
Guest : "No thanks, everything is good"
Front Desk : "Certainly Mr. Smith, our bellboy will help you to bring your luggage and escort you to your room."
Guest : "Thanks."
Front Desk : "Thank you for choose our hotel as your stay, once again my name is Aditya, if you need anything else just let me know and have a pleasant stay Mr. Smith."
Guest : "Thank you Aditya, have a great day!"
Front Desk : "You too Mr. Smith."
